GRUPO ROALES, S.A. de C.V., as an important company that makes life in the country and even more, forming a fundamental part of the economic and human development of Ciudad del Carmen, Campeche, an extremely important territory for the development of Mexico, which generates a great challenge and commitment as an organization, both for its clients, its collaborators and collaborators, suppliers, partners, interested parties, and in itself, with the whole society in general.
Taking into account the aforementioned, it is vitally important that GRUPO ROALES, S.A. de C.V., formed by a human resource, as the engine that gives life to the organization, I acted correctly in the performance of our activities and functions in an ethical and legal manner within all areas in the organization, and in this sense, we think that it is part of our success acting with ethics, integrity, professionalism and with the spirit of Labor Equality, Non-Discrimination, avoiding Sexual Harassment, Sexual Harassment and Workplace Harassment, caring for the environment and contributing to sustainable development, and that collaborators (as) who live in GRUPO ROALES, S.A. de C.V., are responsible for ensuring that their acts as representatives and faces of the organization comply with laws and other requirements, and it is our obligation and responsibility to emphatically request the same from all external interested parties with whom we have business relationships.
WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO US?
For GRUPO ROALES, S.A. de CV, ethics is the set of values, norms and principles that are reflected in the business culture and thus achieve greater and better attunement with the society in which we operate, serving as a guide and establishing good behavior within the organization.
This code expresses the values, culture, commitments and business principles for maintaining the highest ethical levels in the performance of those who make up the organization. Likewise, it recognizes and attaches importance to compliance with the country's laws, policies and guidelines applicable in our organization, which is why the dissemination of the Code of Ethics plays a fundamental role that we all must assume, as well as preventing and reporting any violation of the same, following the corresponding policy.
